The project concerns the construction of an apartment building in the town of Civate (Lecco), is located in a privileged position at the beginning of the valley that culminates in Lake Como and close to the main roads in a few minutes reach the town of Lecco and the municipalities of the first Brianza.
The center is made up of four buildings with a regular plan, with two floors above ground and covered by a modern roof made of aluminum. The cut of the apartments is designed to provide maximum flexibility to the needs of contemporary life, there are so luxurious apartments ranging from studios to spacious four-practical, equipped with every comfort and served by distribution spaces, garages and parking spaces.
The architectural remains tied to traditional imaginary dialogue with the existing solutions but revisits captivating and contemporary linear design, aiming at an elegant simplicity played in shades of white and gray, obtained by the use of materials such as white plaster, stone and metal.
The elegant white plaster facades are enriched with regular openings with modern aluminum frames. The set is embellished with precious finishes such as natural stone that covers the structure of spacious terraces, linear design of the steel railings and fences of the gardens and the elegant aluminum coating roofs.
Large windows and skylights correlate the bright interior apartments with a breathtaking view to the nature of the surrounding mountains.
